Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Orange, CA. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers on the sales floor, provide knowledgeable product guidance, and ensure an elevated in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, presenting product features and styling suggestions, processing sales transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, meeting individual and store sales targets, and supporting inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and transfers. The Sales Specialist may also assist with in-store events, product training, and coordinating with the broader sales team to support brand initiatives.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, solution-oriented experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills, such as mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, or helping coordinate sales activities.
• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred, especially in premium or specialty apparel.
• Ability to work on-site in Orange, CA, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in denim, fashion trends, and styling; proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
