Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud applications and architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and manage data integration and migration processes using Salesforce Data Cloud tools.
• Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides for reference and training.
• Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and innovations, recommending enhancements or changes to existing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Data Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration methodologies.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce programming languages.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Informatica, or Talend.
