• Monitor and manage the Salesforce environments, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Establish best practices for version control, branching strategies, and code reviews within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Provide support for development teams, facilitating agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or development.
• Experience with DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
