Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Develop automation scripts to support DevOps processes, including deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize workflows and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve deployment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation of infrastructure, deployment, and operational procedures.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies related to Salesforce and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and administration, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are preferred.
