Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications to improve deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline software release processes and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
• Automate Salesforce environment configurations and processes leveraging tools and scripts.
• Monitor and maintain the health of Salesforce deployments, identifying and resolving performance issues proactively.
• Develop and manage version control strategies for Salesforce metadata.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal security policies while working on Salesforce solutions.
• Provide expert support for incident management and root cause analysis of operational issues.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and enhancements to leverage new capabilities and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex programming.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or similar.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CLI and relevant APIs for programmatic access.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
