Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce Experience Cloud applications and components.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create user-friendly interfaces and experiences that enhance customer engagement.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications for improved performance and usability.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, including bug fixes and new feature implementations.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly within the Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Community Builder and other Experience Cloud features.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Aura or LWC (Lightning Web Components).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and deployment processes.
• Salesforce Developer or equivalent certifications are preferred.
