Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud applications, including the development of sites, portals, and communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and determine technical specifications.
• Customize and configure the Experience Cloud platform to meet specific client needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and services.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the Experience Cloud implementations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders during all project phases.
• Conduct training sessions to enable users to make the most of the Salesforce Experience Cloud features.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce features and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with integrating Salesforce with various third-party applications and APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer, Salesforce App Builder, or Experience Cloud Consultant are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
