Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure platform reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and configuration skills, including user setup and security settings.
