Salesforce Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise CRM modernization initiatives supporting federal government operations.
In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning and Agile execution to deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across development, security, operations, and business functions to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Working closely with government stakeholders and technical leaders, you will ensure delivery aligns with federal governance standards, organizational policies, and mission requirements.
You will manage complex workstreams, oversee release planning, and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies to keep programs on track.
This opportunity is suited to a seasoned technology project leader who combines Salesforce expertise with strong stakeholder management and DevSecOps coordination skills.
The position is fully remote, based in the Washington, DC area, with periodic travel and the opportunity to contribute to impactful public-sector technology modernization programs.
