Role Description The Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome, GA, responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and engaging customers, assessing their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and explaining features, pricing, and financing options in a clear and ethical manner. The role involves conducting test drives, preparing accurate sales documentation, and following up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships. The Salesperson also collaborates with finance and service departments, maintains product knowledge on inventory and promotions, and meets individual and team sales goals while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with a diverse customer base.
• Sales, negotiation, and closing skills, including experience handling objections and guiding customers through purchase decisions.
• General automotive knowledge or strong interest in learning vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
• Basic computer and CRM skills for managing leads, updating records, and preparing digital documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work on-site in Rome, GA, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
