SAP IS-U Retail Access Management Analyst

• Location: Remote with 25% travel to NY or Portland, ME or Orange, CT

• Client Domain: Utilities

Job Description:

7+ years of SAP experience and must have IS-U experience
Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document business requirements and support compliance with applicable regulatory, operational, and internal control requirements.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
Support business process analysis, procedure development, workflow optimization, issue resolution, testing, validation, and implementation of operational improvements.
