General Description

Main duties involve billing out loads and entering information into a computer. Data entry and computer work. Interaction with truck drivers. Answering phones and customer service skills. Provide instruction and directions to carriers. Pull manifests and B.O.L. from printer: organize for completed loads. Assign seals on full trucks; verify envelop to trade to ensure match. Communicate and exchange info effectively between traffic and accounting. Perform inbound inspection. Weigh inbound trailers and categorize accordingly. Clean/maintain scale house presentable. Perform various other duties as needed or assigned.

• Able to communicate verbally and in written form in English

Education Requirements (if applicable)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College experience recommended
