My client is a leading global natural resources company looking for a professional to join its Data Operations team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and experience in production/application support, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Mandatory understanding of ITIL processes, including incident and service request management.
• Knowledge of data management, data quality controls, reference data, metadata, and business glossary maintenance.
• Exposure to JIRA and Confluence; ZEMA experience is an advantage.
• Experience in market data or commodities-focused roles, preferably with knowledge of energy markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and external vendors, work across time zones, and take ownership with minimal supervision.
• Ability to mentor junior team members in an individual contributor role.
