Senior Art Director

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Art Director to shape compelling visual communications across print and digital channels within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. In this role, you will translate complex healthcare concepts into engaging creative solutions for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and health systems. You will establish the visual direction for multiple brands while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, audience-focused creative work. The position combines hands-on design expertise with creative leadership, workflow coordination, and project execution. You will work closely with creative leadership, designers, freelancers, and project managers to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
