Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate | Up to $200K Base Salary | Landlord-Tenant Litigation | Manhattan Remote

I am currently working with a well-established New York law practice who are looking to add a Senior Real Estate Litigation Associate to their growing litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate litigator looking to take meaningful ownership of an active caseload, appear regularly in New York City courts, work directly with clients, and join a practice offering a strong long-term career opportunity.

• Court-Focused Litigation: Handle a significant volume of landlord-tenant and related real estate disputes with regular appearances in New York City courts.
• Meaningful Responsibility: Take ownership of an active docket and play a lead role in managing matters from intake through resolution.
• Direct Client Exposure: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients while developing case strategy and managing litigation matters.

The Role

• Manage Real Estate Litigation Matters: Take responsibility for a docket of landlord-tenant and related real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Appear in NYC Courts: Handle conferences, hearings, appearances, and related proceedings in New York City Housing Court and Civil Court.
• Draft & Argue Motions: Prepare pleadings, motion papers, and other litigation documents while arguing motions as required.
• Drive Discovery: Manage discovery strategy, including demands, responses, depositions, and case status reporting.
• Lead Case Strategy: Handle settlement negotiations, assist with trial preparation, and communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

The Package

• $200K Base Salary
• Remote Working Environment in Manhattan
