Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage highly available cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, cloud resource utilization, and security compliance.
• Work collaboratively with software development teams to improve deployment cycles and troubleshooting processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and configurations.
• Perform periodic system audits and implement necessary remediation actions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers in the DevOps team.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering with a strong focus on AWS services.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
