• Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Assist customers in migrating applications and workloads to Azure, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stay current with Azure updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide informed consultancy to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in Azure platform services, including but not limited to Azure Compute, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
• Strong experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, ARM templates, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git.
• Certification in Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service.

Technologies & Tools
