Position Overview

Fixity Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing deployment processes within the Azure cloud environment. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines on the Azure platform to streamline software delivery processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into DevOps solutions.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications deployed in Azure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in cloud applications and infrastructure.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment times.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve team knowledge of Azure DevOps practices.
• Maintain documentation for all DevOps processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with at least 3 years focusing on Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps Services, including Azure Repos, Pipelines, and Artifacts.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, cloud security principles, and compliance standards.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
