Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior BMC Helix Developer / Administrator with strong hands-on experience in BMC Helix, Remedy AR System, platform administration, custom development, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting and enhancing BMC Helix ITSM platforms, developing REST API integrations, configuring workflows, and managing Digital Workplace and Service Catalog functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain BMC Helix ITSM applications.
• Configure AR System forms, filters, active links, escalations, and workflows.
• Support Smart IT, Digital Workplace (DWP), Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations with enterprise applications.
• Manage production issues, troubleshoot workflow failures, and perform root cause analysis.
• Configure approval workflows, service catalog items, and self-service experiences.
• Build monitoring dashboards, KPI reports, and platform health metrics.
• Support ServiceNow-to-BMC Helix migration initiatives.
• Manage environment deployments across Development, QA, and Production.

Required Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy / AR System / BMC Helix.
• Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM and AR System development.
• Experience with BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Digital Workplace and Service Catalog (SRM).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with Incident, Change, and Request Management configurations.
• Knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle and database troubleshooting.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or equivalent scripting technologies.
• Understanding of API authentication, OAuth 2.0, SSO / RSSO, and service accounts.

Good to Have:

• BMC Helix 25.x / 26.x experience.
• HelixGPT and AI-based ITSM automation.
• Experience with SailPoint, Device42, and PubSub integrations.
• Experience with KPI dashboards and platform monitoring.
• ServiceNow-to-BMC Helix migration experience.
• ITIL knowledge and enterprise production support experience.
• Git and CI/CD deployment experience.
