Publix Super Markets is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Digital Customer team. Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Excellent understanding of networking concepts, security practices, and cloud governance.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior Cloud Engineer will primarily work with various technologies and tools including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch or Datadog will also be crucial for ensuring the reliability of our cloud infrastructure.
