Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments, conducting regular audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines for cloud-based applications.
• Provide L2/L3 support for cloud services and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
• Document cloud architecture designs, operational processes, and standard operating procedures for internal knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a learning environment to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and experienced in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
