The Role

• Manage regional budgets, vendor relationships, and performance metrics to ensure effective resource allocation and measurable impact.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience in community, brand, or integrated marketing with a proven track record of building and scaling engagement programs.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach team members while managing complex projects across cross-functional departments.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time for events, partner meetings, and corporate collaboration.
