Senior Counsel

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance across complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of manufacturing and technology-related businesses, helping navigate domestic and cross-border legal challenges. You will oversee transactions from initial evaluation and due diligence through negotiation, closing, and post-transaction integration. The position also involves managing corporate entity compliance, advising on commercial agreements, and strengthening legal processes across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions while proactively managing risk.
