About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE plays a crucial role in delivering compassionate and effective support to customers. This position handles a high volume of calls daily, providing guidance and resolving issues while supporting team members as a resource. The role contributes directly to enhancing customer experience and ensuring service integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Review and research healthcare claim calls from providers using multiple systems
• Verify data necessary for claim processing
• Listen actively and document customer issues accurately
• Communicate clearly with providers to resolve issues
• Meet established performance goals for efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance
• Handle incoming calls from members regarding benefits, billing, authorizations, and explanations of benefits

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• At least 18 years old
• One year of work-at-home experience
• One year of call center experience
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn complex systems
• Flexibility to work full-time 40 hours per week within 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST or MST, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $32 per hour based on experience and other factors
