Position Overview

Blue Sentry Cloud is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure to join our dynamic team in a 100% remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Automate deployment processes and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to create and maintain infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the deployment processes and infrastructure lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on DevOps practices and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve DevOps capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps roles with a focus on Azure cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
