Overview

Neos Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of complex systems that enhance continuous integration, delivery, and deployment processes. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to optimize our software development lifecycle, streamline systems, and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with engineering and systems teams.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Implement containerization solutions using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices across systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement DevOps best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
