Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of all services.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and optimize workflow.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability.
• Develop and maintain configuration management scripts and documentation.
• Implement and manage security best practices and compliance across all environments.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior DevOps engineers.
• Participate in on-call rotations for incident response and resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or system administration.
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a remote team environment.
