System Soft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues within the DevOps environment.
• Collaborate with development teams to encourage DevOps best practices and facilitate the adoption of cloud-native architectures.
• Automate system configuration and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Create documentation for processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and recommend tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in DevOps practices.
• Lead DevOps-related initiatives and mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
• In-depth knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
