Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate seamless deployments and apply best practices in configuration management.
• Establish protocols for system backups, disaster recovery, and maintaining high availability.
• Ensure robust security protocols and compliance with TS/SCI regulations across all systems.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership to the DevOps team.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and operational readiness reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or equivalent roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Security clearance: TS/SCI (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
