Overview

The Senior DevOps Engineer at Stash Talent Services will play a critical role in advancing our deployment and infrastructure capabilities. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid application deployment.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance and enhance scalability of applications.
• Ensure maintenance of security best practices within the infrastructure.
• Automate routine operational tasks through scripting and tooling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Contribute to the architecture design of application deployment and infrastructure enhancements.
• Participate in on-call rotations for production support and incident management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder is mandatory.
