Overview

As a Senior DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer at MyTime, you will play an integral role in enhancing the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure and applications. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software deployment process.
• Implement monitoring solutions to ensure the availability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents in a timely manner.
• Contribute to reliability engineering practices, establishing metrics and benchmarks for system performance.
• Perform capacity planning and resource optimization based on system demand and growth.
• Enhance system security by implementing best practices in compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Lead technical discussions and mentoring of junior engineers to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Extensive experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and web application architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
