SARACA Solutions is looking for an experienced Digital Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in Ignition, SCADA/HMI, industrial automation, and manufacturing application development.

• Design, develop, and maintain industrial web applications using Ignition Perspective/Vision.
• Build scalable manufacturing applications using Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Integrate plant-floor systems using OPC, Kepware, industrial tags, and Historian platforms.
• Develop real-time manufacturing dashboards, reporting solutions, and operational applications.
• Integrate manufacturing applications with enterprise systems such as SAP, SharePoint, Active Directory, and SQL databases.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, supervisors, operators, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.

• Strong hands-on experience with Ignition Perspective/Vision.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI systems and industrial manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in OPC, Kepware, industrial tags, and Historian integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• Ability to develop modular, scalable, and maintainable applications.

• Experience with Canary Historian.
• SAP integration experience.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, or heavy industries.
• Familiarity with AWS Industrial Solutions Framework or cloud-based manufacturing architectures.
