Senior Director of Marketing

SoFi Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing with exceptional strategic vision and a data-driven mindset. This is a full-time, executive-level, remote position open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States. You will lead the overall marketing strategy and growth roadmap for our core financial products, leveraging innovative, omnichannel marketing systems to ensure SoFi’s continued leadership in the digital fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive market expansion and brand growth strategies to consistently increase the user base and brand value across SoFi’s core financial product lines.

Omnichannel User Acquisition: Lead data-driven digital marketing, performance marketing, and user acquisition teams to optimize marketing return on investment (ROI).

Executive Leadership: As a key member of the executive team, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse marketing organization, while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration (e.g., with Product, Compliance, Engineering, and Data Science teams).

Compliance and Brand Protection: Ensure that all innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategies strictly adhere to U.S. laws, regulations, and compliance standards governing the financial services and fintech industries.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.

Experience: Extensive experience in senior marketing management or executive-level roles at prominent technology companies, financial institutions, or high-growth, publicly traded fintech firms.

Core Skills: Deep expertise in performance marketing and brand building, exceptional analytical and data-driven insights, and outstanding cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed environment.

Location: Must currently reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S.
