Role Description The Senior Director of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the company. This position leads planning and execution of operational strategies, optimizes workflows, and ensures efficient coordination between departments such as sales, customer service, inventory, and finance. The role includes establishing and tracking key performance indicators, managing budgets and cost controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior Director of Operations will mentor and support managers and teams, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations. Regular collaboration with senior leadership to align operations with business goals and enhance the customer experience is central to this position.
Qualifications

• Strong operations management background with experience optimizing processes, supply chains, and cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting data, developing insights, and making evidence-based decisions.
• Demonstrated team management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support sustainable growth.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service, with experience designing and improving customer-facing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or jewelry-related industries is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and comfort working in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with operations software, ERP systems, and standard productivity tools.
