Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
• Develop and enforce best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of infrastructure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with product and service requirements.
• Ensure the highest levels of security, performance, and reliability in deployed infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong background in networking, security, and systems architecture.
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
