Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our Software Development Organization in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to architect and implement robust applications. You will leverage your extensive experience in both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining best practices in software development.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices to enhance the functionality of existing applications.
• Utilize front-end frameworks and technologies like Angular or React for building intuitive user interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, ensuring that high availability and performance are maintained.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on Java development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Experience with back-end frameworks and technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and experience with database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
