BlackLake Security is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on a contract basis to join our innovative development team. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement full-stack solutions, from front-end user interfaces to backend services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into functional applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards are met.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into existing applications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimations.
• Implement security best practices and ensure applications are compliant with industry standards.
• Mentor junior developers and support continuous learning and development within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong experience with back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
