iDoo Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Google Cloud Platform (GCP) IAM Engineer for an enterprise cloud security and identity management opportunity in Plano, Texas.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in GCP Identity and Access Management (IAM), Vertex AI IAM, Terraform, Python automation, and cloud security controls.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing secure, scalable IAM solutions in large enterprise environments, preferably within financial services.

• Design, implement, and manage GCP IAM policies, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Configure and manage IAM permissions for GCP Vertex AI and associated cloud services.
• Implement IAM policies across GCP organizations, folders, projects, and resources.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules for IAM provisioning and governance.
• Manage Terraform state, remote backends, workspaces, and environment configurations.
• Develop Python scripts for IAM automation, policy validation, and API integrations.
• Implement least-privilege access, zero-trust principles, and security best practices.
• Configure and manage service accounts, workload identities, and access policies.
• Support data classification and sensitivity-based access controls.
• Implement security controls involving Cloud KMS, Secret Manager, and VPC Service Controls.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering, security, DevOps, and compliance teams.
• Integrate IAM configurations and security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

GCP IAM & Cloud Security

• Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud IAM.
• GCP Vertex AI IAM and service-level permissions.
• GCP resource hierarchy and organization-level policy management.
• Custom IAM roles, service accounts, and least-privilege access.
• Zero-trust architecture and identity-based security.

Terraform & Infrastructure as Code

• Advanced Terraform proficiency.
• Google and Google-Beta providers.
• Reusable IAM module development.
• Terraform state management and remote backends.
• Workspace and environment management.

Python & Automation

• Strong Python scripting experience.
• Google Cloud Client Libraries.
• IAM policy manipulation and validation.
• API integration and automation.

Security & Compliance

• Data classification and sensitivity-based access controls.
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or similar security frameworks.
• Encryption, Cloud KMS, and Secret Manager.
• Experience implementing enterprise security and compliance controls.

Networking & Security

• GCP VPC networking and Shared VPC.
• Private Google Access and Private Service Connect.
• VPC Service Controls and security perimeters.
• Firewall rules, Cloud Armor, and Cloud Load Balancing.
• Understanding of network security controls and their relationship with IAM.

DevOps & Supporting Technologies

• GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build, or similar CI/CD tools.
• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), API keys, and token management.

• Experience supporting cloud IAM implementations in financial services or regulated enterprise environments.
• Prior experience with JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) or similar large financial institutions.
• Experience implementing security controls for AI/ML workloads using Vertex AI.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• 10+ years of relevant IT/cloud engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on GCP IAM and Terraform implementation experience.
• W2 employment only. No C2C or third-party submissions.
• Candidates must be currently based in the United States.
• Must be available to start on December 1, 2026.
