Job Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Collaboration with marketing, product development, and sales teams to create impactful visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Mentor and support junior graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the brand remains fresh and competitive.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to contribute creative ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the sports or lifestyle industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and effective use of typography, color, and image composition.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
