Who We're Looking For

The platform and infrastructure engineers who do best on Fonzi:

• Have built and run production infrastructure: AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform or other infrastructure as code
• Own reliability end-to-end: observability, on-call, incident response and SLOs
• Have supported AI workloads (GPU clusters, model serving, inference pipelines) or want to
• Automate everything: CI/CD, developer platforms and internal tooling that make small teams fast
• Thrive in startup environments where the problem is ambiguous and the team is small
• Have 3-10 years of experience, ideally with experience at at least one high-growth company

What You'll Build

• Developer platforms that let small teams ship quickly and safely
• Data and streaming infrastructure behind AI products at scale

• Systems that stay reliable while the product grows 10x

Compensation

• $180,000 to $320,000+ base salary depending on experience and role. Many positions include meaningful equity at pre-seed through Series B stage companies.

The Interview Process (Typical)

• Screening conversation looking for communication skills, cultural fit and ownership mindset
• Technical deep-dive on infrastructure and reliability design for a real system
• Hands-on session on debugging, infrastructure as code or systems coding
