Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to define service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs).
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize resource utilization.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment processes.
• Document architecture design, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Proficient in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Advanced knowledge of networking, security, and server management best practices.
