About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR IT OPERATIONS ENGINEER role is designed to bridge gaps between various technical tools by building automation and managing identity and access systems. This position ensures operational efficiency through automation, supports AI tooling, and provides critical support for internal IT systems. The engineer plays a key role in maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure, collaborating with multiple departments to improve and automate workflows that support the organization's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation in AWS and GCP using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage Okta Workflows, Workato, REST APIs, and webhooks for system integrations
• Develop and support AI tool rollouts and connectors, ensuring security and appropriate access
• Administer identity management systems including Okta and Auth0 with associated security policies
• Oversee DNS, PKI, WAF, rate limiting, and email authentication processes
• Manage workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and GitLab
• Handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 service desk escalations and endpoint troubleshooting
• Write and maintain documentation including runbooks and architecture notes
• Continuously improve IT infrastructure and processes for scalability and security

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, cloud engineering, or IAM engineering with at least 2 years in automation
• Proficiency in Okta administration, including workflows and Auth0 custom logic
• Working knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM) and GCP (projects, IAM, BigQuery)
• Experience building integrations and automations across various platforms

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation: $145,000-$165,000 plus 13-15% bonus
