Job Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with over 13 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices and backend systems.

The ideal candidate will lead architectural decisions, optimize system scalability, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Lead technical design discussions, establish architecture patterns, and enforce engineering best practices.

Conduct code reviews, mentor software engineers, and ensure code quality and design consistency. Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex production issues, and optimize database queries.

Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and frontend developers.

Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Expert-level mastery of Java (Java 11/17+), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns.

Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data

Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed cloud-native architecture.

Proven ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant applications and perform system tuning and memory optimization.

Strong hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proficiency with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, alongside CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL), including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.

Experience with Hibernate/JPA and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis).

Solid experience with enterprise messaging platforms, such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.

Expertise in TDD, Unit Testing with JUnit and Mockito, and automated integration testing tools.

Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).

Strong experience with cloud native architectures across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP, particularly regarding cloud-native IAM services (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure AD/Entra ID).

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Working knowledge or familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
