Senior Lead – SureStep
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports To: Growth Director
Locations Supported: Approximately 3 SureStep offices
Position Summary
Ohio Foot and Ankle Specialists is seeking an experienced Senior Lead to provide daily operational support to approximately three SureStep locations in the Cincinnati area. This position will assist with employee scheduling, staff coaching, supply management, provider communication, and overall office efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a medical office setting and a strong understanding of both Medical Assistant and Front Desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations: Provide daily guidance and support to assigned locations to ensure efficient operations and quality patient service.
Scheduling: Assist with employee schedules, staffing coverage, attendance, and overtime management.
Staff Coaching: Support, train, and coach Medical Assistants and Receptionists to improve performance and accountability.
Supplies: Monitor inventory, coordinate supply orders, and help control unnecessary expenses.
Financial Awareness: Assist leadership with reviewing P&L reports, monitoring labor costs, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Provider Support: Work closely with providers to address staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and operational concerns.
Hands-On Support: Assist with Medical Assistant and Front Desk duties when needed.
Communication: Keep the Growth Director informed of staffing concerns, office needs, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of medical office experience.
Previous Leadership Or Supervisory Experience Required.
Experience with Medical Assistant and Front Desk operations.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with employee scheduling and staff coaching.
Basic understanding of office expenses and cost control.
Ability to travel between assigned Cincinnati-area locations.
Podiatry Experience Preferred But Not Required.

The Senior Lead will help maintain consistent office operations, support employees and providers, control unnecessary expenses, and promote a positive patient experience across assigned locations.
Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
