Retirement Living Counselor

Serve older adults and their families by listening to needs, answering questions, and educating them on senior living options including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

Build trust with prospective residents and families through compassionate, resident-first communication.
Respond to inquiries, provide clear explanations of available services, and guide the decision-making process.
Arrange and support community visits.
Coordinate and guide individuals through the move-in process.
Collaborate with internal community teams to ensure a smooth transition and a welcoming experience.
Use strong organization, follow-through, and service-oriented skills to manage details and drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications/Skills: strong interpersonal communication, empathy, organizational ability, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement and quality of life for seniors.
