- Build trusted relationships with prospective residents by understanding needs and preferences.
- Explain community services, lifestyle options, and available amenities in a clear, resident-first manner.
- Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and transparency.
- Collaborate with internal community teams to coordinate and support visits.
- Provide thoughtful follow-up to prospects and help ensure a welcoming experience from first inquiry through move-in.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and consultative sales approach.
- Empathetic, compassionate mindset with a focus on seniors and families.
- Ability to coordinate with teams and maintain consistent prospect engagement.
