• Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep the organization ahead of industry changes.
• Engage with customers online, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze social media metrics to track performance, guide decisions, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand strategy across channels.
• Supervise and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
