Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will play a key technical role in defining how custom mechanical components are manufactured, evaluated, and priced. This hands-on position combines manufacturing engineering expertise with cost analysis, quoting, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM), helping customers bring products to market efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work across a broad range of manufacturing processes while advising on technical feasibility, production requirements, and design improvements. Acting as a senior technical resource, you will also mentor engineers, strengthen engineering standards, and improve consistency across geographically distributed teams. The role offers significant autonomy and close collaboration with engineering, sourcing, sales, quality, and software stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
