Senior Microsoft 365 Architect — Digital Workplace & AI

What you’ll do:

• Own architecture standards, governance, and multiyear roadmaps for digital workplace technologies.

• Lead solution design across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Purview, Entra ID, and Intune.

• Guide enterprise AI adoption, including Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and agentic AI solutions.

• Modernize identity and endpoint environments through cloud adoption, automation, and Zero Trust principles.

• Lead technical evaluations, proofs of concept, migrations, integrations, and platform consolidations.

• Partner with engineering, security, risk, and business leaders, providing technical direction to teams and vendors.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of enterprise technology experience, including 5+ years in architecture, engineering, or senior technical leadership.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud identity, endpoint management, collaboration, and information protection.

• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID modernization, Conditional Access, privileged access, and passwordless authentication.

• Experience implementing and governing enterprise generative AI and agentic AI capabilities.

• Strong automation skills using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or Azure Automation.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and explain technical tradeoffs to executive audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a highly regulated industry, familiarity with Tanium, and advanced Microsoft, TOGAF, or CISSP certifications are preferred.

This role provides technical leadership across teams and vendors without direct supervisory responsibilities.
