Job Description
Role: Part-time Senior Sales Associate (Music & Arts)
Help student and community customers select instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. Use your music knowledge and passion to drive sales, recommend solutions, and provide exceptional service to parents, educators, and performers. Support local music programs and promote community events while contributing to a mission-driven retail environment.

Key Duties
- Assist customers with instrument and accessory selection
- Enroll students in lessons and promote educational offerings
- Process transactions and manage rental services
- Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation
- Support inventory organization and replenishment
- Promote events and engage with performers and educators
- Strong product knowledge and interest in music and arts education
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a community-focused environment
- Comfort handling transactions, rentals, and day-to-day store support
